The Food and Agribusiness Institute and the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship are sponsoring a field trip to visit the production facility of OCHO Candy. Founder Denis Ring '78 launched OCHO Candy in 2011 to fill in the void for an organic option of a traditional sized candy bar. OCHO candy bars are handcrafted using organic, wholesome ingredients and have no preservatives, additives, or artificial flavors and are certified Fair Trade. This event is for Santa Clara University students, faculty, staff and alumni only.
